1.溫(wen)控(kong)範(fan)圍及(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)電壓(ya)允(yun)許波(bo)動(dong)度(du)
溫(wen)度(du)測控範圍由(you)設(she)備(bei)應(ying)用場合(he)而(er)定。壹般(ban)實(shi)驗室(shi)用的生(sheng)化培養箱,加濕時溫(wen)度(du)範圍為0-50℃;光(guang)照(zhao)培養箱,全光(guang)照(zhao)溫(wen)度(du)範圍為10-50℃,光(guang)照(zhao)強(qiang)度(du)≤3000Lx;人工(gong)氣候(hou)箱(xiang),加濕、全光(guang)照(zhao)溫(wen)度(du)範圍為15-50℃,光(guang)照(zhao)強(qiang)度(du)≤3000Lx。生(sheng)產用催芽機壹般(ban)無制冷(leng)裝置(zhi),溫(wen)控(kong)下限為(wei)環(huan)境溫(wen)度(du),上(shang)限壹般(ban)為(wei)50℃,有的可(ke)達(da)100℃,以適應(ying)55℃溫(wen)湯(tang)浸種、燙(tang)種和幹(gan)熱處(chu)理及(ji)殺(sha)蟲滅菌(jun)的需要(yao)。工(gong)作(zuo)電壓(ya)應(ying)以較寬(kuan)為(wei)好(hao),由(you)於(yu)農村(cun)電(dian)壓(ya)有時可(ke)低(di)到(dao)160V,或高達250V,若(ruo)允(yun)許電(dian)壓(ya)波動(dong)範圍窄,將導致儀(yi)器失(shi)靈或燒損。

目前投放(fang)市(shi)場(chang)的催芽設備(bei)有墻(qiang)體(ti)隔(ge)熱型催芽室(shi)和保溫(wen)被(bei)套(tao)裝式(shi)軟棚,其放種容(rong)積(ji)可(ke)達(da)數(shu)千(qian)升(sheng)或萬(wan)升(sheng)以上(shang),可(ke)供大型(xing)種(zhong)苗(miao)基地(di)使用。有全電腦(nao)控(kong)制(zhi)溫(wen)度(du)、濕度(du)、光(guang)照(zhao)、通(tong)風(feng)的生(sheng)化培養箱,用於催芽、育苗(miao)、組織培養、周(zhou)期栽培,適合(he)實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)使用。數(shu)顯式(shi)溫(wen)控(kong)儀(yi)的精度(du)較高,其偏(pian)差(cha)及(ji)波動(dong)度(du)約(yue)為(wei)±0、5℃;模(mo)擬(ni)式(shi)精度(du)較低(di),壹般(ban)為(wei)±1、5℃。
3.力求(qiu)溫(wen)度(du)均(jun)勻(yun)和光(guang)照(zhao)適(shi)度(du)
溫(wen)度(du)均(jun)勻(yun)才發芽整齊(qi)。生(sheng)化培養箱的溫(wen)度(du)不均(jun)勻(yun)度(du)小(xiao)於(yu)1℃,光(guang)照(zhao)箱(xiang)的溫(wen)度(du)不均(jun)勻(yun)度(du)小(xiao)於(yu)1、5℃,大中(zhong)型催芽室(shi)的溫(wen)度(du)不均(jun)勻(yun)度(du)小(xiao)於(yu)2℃。由(you)於(yu)大(da)多(duo)數(shu)種子(zi)發(fa)芽無需光(guang)照(zhao),故(gu)壹般(ban)催芽機都不(bu)設采光(guang)設(she)備(bei),少(shao)數(shu)有中(zhong)弱光(guang)設(she)備(bei),而(er)生(sheng)化培養箱和光(guang)照(zhao)箱(xiang)具有3000-30000Lx的完(wan)善光(guang)照(zhao)設(she)備(bei)。對溫(wen)度(du)、光(guang)照(zhao)的不均(jun)勻(yun)性,可(ke)用調(tiao)盤方式(shi)解決(jue)。
4.註(zhu)意催芽室(shi)的濕度(du)
由(you)於(yu)濕度(du)低種子不易發(fa)芽,濕度(du)高容(rong)易(yi)爛種(zhong),故(gu)氣候(hou)箱(xiang)設有調(tiao)濕裝置(zhi),其相對濕度(du)可(ke)保持在(zai)50%-90%之間(jian),有的可(ke)達(da)到(dao)95%。而(er)簡易催芽設備(bei)則(ze)無調(tiao)濕裝置(zhi),其濕度(du)通(tong)常采(cai)取(qu)兩種(zhong)措施來保證(zheng):
用電熱管(guan)直接(jie)燒水產生(sheng)蒸(zheng)氣加熱催芽室(shi),其相對濕度(du)隨溫(wen)度(du)的變化(hua)小(xiao),壹般(ban)都(dou)能(neng)保持在(zai)80%-95%;
用電熱線(xian)(板(ban))加熱空(kong)氣,其濕度(du)通(tong)過保濕盤或間(jian)歇(xie)灑水來(lai)保證(zheng),壹般(ban)可(ke)控(kong)制(zhi)在(zai)60%-90%之間(jian),若(ruo)不(bu)及(ji)時補水則(ze)會影(ying)響(xiang)發(fa)芽。
